I think that some workflows benchmark against popular ETFs such as SPY (S&P500 ETF) or QQQ (NASDAQ Index ETF) or perhaps even more sector focused ETFs such as SMH for the semiconductor sector.

I was wondering if there are future plans to include ETF daily prices in the daily share price dataset.

    Thanks, that's a good idea. I can't guarantee you when it will be implemented, but I'll put it on my to-do list.

    Is there a way I could help in getting this implemented? Is it a matter of adding new ID and sourcing from your existing data source or do you need to pull from a different data source?

    Otherwise I will have to somehow merge data between Yahoo and SimFin, whereas I prefer to get this data directly from SimFin.

    Can you give me a list of links to the ETFs you'd like to have added? Like the link to the yahoo page, then I can check if the data is available.
